Sava Builder terms
Last updated 1 November 2026. These terms apply when you build and publish a website yourself with Sava Builder. If I build your site for you, my done-for-you terms apply instead.
The short version
- Month to month. No minimum term. Cancel any time.
- Prices up front. Website from $49 setup, then $34 a month, on our address or your own domain. You see the exact price before you pay.
- Your content is yours. Your words, photos, domain and data always belong to you.
- Check what the AI writes. It writes a first draft. You check it before it goes live, and you're responsible for what your site says.
- Leaving is simple. If you cancel, your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.
1. Who you're dealing with
Sava Builder is run by me, Aleksandar Coric, trading as Sava Websites (ABN 48 301 354 271), Dee Why NSW. You can reach me at aleksandar@savawebsites.com.au.
When you pay at checkout, you agree to these terms, my acceptable use policy and my privacy page. If you sign up for a business, you're confirming you're allowed to agree for it.
2. Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars. I'm not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- Website: from $49 setup, then $34 a month, on a free address like yourbusiness.savawebsites.com.au or on your own domain.
- Client pipeline add-on: $15 a month on top of your plan.
Prices say "from" because add-ons change the total. The exact setup and monthly price for your site is shown at checkout before you pay, and that's what you're charged.
If you use your own domain, you connect one you already own or buy yourself. The domain stays registered in your name and you keep paying your domain provider for it. My monthly fee doesn't include the domain.
3. When you pay
- Building and previewing your site is free, up to the AI limit in section 8. You pay when you sign up to publish it.
- At checkout you pay the setup fee. Your first monthly payment is charged 30 days later, then on the same date each month until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.
- If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and I'll email you. If it still hasn't gone through 14 days after it was due, I may pause your site until it's paid.
- If I change my prices, I'll email you at least 30 days before the change, so you can cancel first if you'd like.
4. Cancelling
- Cancel any time in the builder or by emailing me. There's no minimum term and no exit fee.
- Your site stays live until the end of the month you've already paid for. Then it's paused, which means it goes offline.
- I keep your site's files for 60 days after it's paused. Restart within those 60 days and it comes back as it was. After that I delete them for good.
- Ask me for a copy of your content before you go (see section 6).
- If I ever close Sava Builder, I'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and a copy of your content.
5. Refunds
- The setup fee pays for building and publishing your site, so it's non-refundable once your site is live. If something goes wrong on my side and your site never goes live, I'll refund it in full.
- I don't refund part months.
- None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If my service has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or another remedy the law gives you.
6. What's yours and what's mine
Yours: the words, photos, logos and other material you give me or write in the builder, your business details, your domain, and the enquiries, orders and client records your site collects. Ask for a copy any time while you're subscribed, or within 60 days of cancelling, and I'll send it within 10 business days. I never hold your content or your domain back over a payment.
Mine: the builder itself, and the designs, templates and code that make up your site. While you're subscribed, you have a licence to use them for your site. The licence ends when your subscription ends, and the site's code can't be copied to host somewhere else unless we agree in writing.
You give me permission to store, copy, change and publish your content as needed to run your site, including sending it to the services listed on my privacy page, such as the AI that writes and edits it. I won't show your site in my own marketing without asking you first.
Every site made with Sava Builder shows a small "Sava Websites" credit at the bottom of the page, linking to savawebsites.com.au.
7. Your content and the AI
- Sava Builder uses AI (Claude, made by Anthropic) to write and design a draft from what you tell it. AI can get things wrong: it can misstate a fact, or word something in a way you can't stand behind.
- Read every page before you publish, and again after every edit. You're responsible for what your site says, including prices, hours, licence numbers, reviews and any claims about your results.
- Only upload photos, logos and text you own or have permission to use.
- The AI front desk (an optional add-on) answers your visitors from your site's content and your builder details. It can get things wrong, so keep those details accurate. It only talks about your business, won't quote prices or times you haven't given it, and tells visitors it's an AI. Enquiries it takes go to you; what you do with them is up to you. It's limited to 500 chats a month, and past that the chat shows your phone number and form instead.
- Regulated trades need extra care. If you're a mortgage broker, financial adviser, health practitioner, builder, real estate agent, lawyer or in another licensed trade, your site must follow your industry's rules. That can mean showing your licence or registration number, or, for health practitioners registered with AHPRA, leaving out testimonials. The builder doesn't check this for you, and nothing it writes is legal or compliance advice.
8. AI limits
Each site has an AI allowance, and the builder shows how much is left.
- Before you sign up: up to US$1 of AI usage to build and change your draft, free. If you use it up, the builder asks you to sign up to keep going. Signing up publishes your site and starts your plan.
- Once you've signed up: up to US$1 of AI usage a month, which is usually enough for several edits, and 5 publishes a month. Each publish puts your latest version live.
Unused allowance doesn't carry over. If a live site uses up its allowance for the month, it resets on the 1st of the next month. Email me if a change can't wait.
9. Client pipelines
The pipeline add-on stores details about your own clients. You're responsible for having their permission to collect those details and for meeting your privacy obligations to them. I store them for you only to run the pipeline, and I don't look at them unless you ask for help or I need to fix a problem.
10. Acceptable use and pausing sites
Every site must follow my acceptable use policy. If a site breaks it, I can pause or remove it. Where people could be harmed, such as a scam or a phishing page, I'll act straight away without warning. For smaller problems I'll usually email you first and give you a chance to fix it. There's no refund for a site paused or removed for a breach.
11. Hosting and help
- Sites are hosted on Netlify. I work to keep your site online, but I can't promise it will never go down, and outages at Netlify or other services are outside my control.
- The builder keeps earlier versions of your site, but keep your own copies of your photos, logo and anything else important.
- Help is by email at aleksandar@savawebsites.com.au, and I aim to reply within two business days. Common questions are answered on the Sava Builder help page.
12. Liability
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
- Apart from those rights, my total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid me in the 12 months before the claim. I'm not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect loss, or for loss caused by content you published, by your buyers, or by services I don't control.
- If someone makes a claim against me because of what you put on your site, such as a photo you didn't have the rights to, you agree to cover my reasonable costs of dealing with it.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. If a change affects you in a meaningful way, I'll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
14. The law that applies
The law of New South Wales applies to these terms. If we disagree about something, email me first and we'll try to sort it out together.
