Websites for mortgage brokers
A site that books calls, and a private pipeline for your team
I'm Aleksandar Coric, a web designer in Manly. I've built sites for three mortgage brokers here: Astute Manly, Tide Financial and Avala Finance. You see yours working on your phone before you pay anything.
What goes on your site
- A clear first screen. Who you help and how, with one button to book a chat.
- Your services. Home loans, refinancing, investment and business lending, and anything else you write, each with its own page if you want.
- Calculators. Repayments, refinance savings and extra repayments, so visitors can run their numbers before they call.
- A booking form. It picks the topic from the button they tapped and emails you straight away.
- Your licence details. Your credit representative number, your licensee's ACL and a general information notice in the footer, in the wording you or your licensee give me.
- About you. Your background and how you work, in plain words.
A private client pipeline, included free
Alongside the website I can build your team a private pipeline: a passcode-locked page where each client moves from first chat to settlement, with priorities, days in each stage and a morning summary. It sits on its own address, hidden from Google. Tide Financial and Astute Manly both have one.
How it works
- We talk about what you need. I start from your current site, your Google listing and what you tell me.
- I build it. You see it working on your phone, and I change whatever you need until you're happy.
- You or your licensee approve it. Then it goes live on your own address and you pay the setup.
What it costs
Every build is quoted: one setup fee, paid when you approve the finished site, and one monthly fee for hosting, your domain name (unless you already own one) and maintenance. Each month you get a short report: how many people visited and where they came from, whether your site stayed up, how many enquiries came through it, and what I did. No GST is added: I'm not registered for it.
Questions
Does my licensee need to approve it? Most aggregators and licensees have marketing rules. Send them the preview link; I make any changes they ask for before it goes live.
Can I keep my email and my domain? Yes. The site goes live on your domain and your email isn't touched. Your domain and your clients' details are always yours.
Is my clients' information safe in the pipeline? It's behind a passcode on its own address, not linked from your website and hidden from search engines. It's yours: you can export it any time.
Can I see your work? Yes: three broker sites and how each one was built.
