I'm Aleksandar Coric, a web designer on the Northern Beaches. I build your website before you pay anything, using what's already public about your business, and send you the link to look at on your phone. If you like it, it goes live for $150, then $24 a month. If you don't, you owe nothing.

How it works

1. I start with what's already out there. Your Google listing, your Facebook page, your photos and your current site if you have one. Only real details go in: no made-up reviews, prices or hours.
2. I build it for phones first. A modern one-page site with your call button, opening hours, map and menu or services where customers look for them.
3. You look, then decide. Reply if you like it and I'll put it live on your own address. Before launch, one round of changes is included: wording, photos, hours, colours.

What $24 a month covers

• Your domain, in your name. Your .com.au is registered in your business's name, so it's yours whatever happens. Already own one? I'll use it, and you keep paying your registrar.
• Hosting and security. I keep your site online, fast and secure (https). Nothing technical for you to do.
• Small edits every month. New hours, a price change, a photo swap or a holiday notice: up to 30 minutes a month, done within 5 business days.
• No lock-in. Month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice, and once everything's paid you can take your site files with you.

The $150 setup is paid once, when your site goes live. No GST is added: I'm not registered for it.

Who it's for

Independent businesses on the Northern Beaches that want a clear, modern website without an agency price: cafés, trades, salons, studios, mechanics and other local shops and services. If you don't have a website yet, customers who find you on Google see only your listing. A site gives them your menu or services, photos and hours, and a button to call you.

Sava Finance, a mortgage broker on the Northern Beaches and a sister business to Sava Websites: home loans across 25+ lenders, a "request a time" button and everything a customer checks first, made for phones. More client sites go on the home page as they go live, each with the owner's OK.

Questions

Do I need to do anything technical? No. I set up the domain, the hosting and the site. If you already have a website, tell me who looks after your domain and I'll sort out the switch with them.

I already have a website. What happens to it? The new site goes live at the same address, so anyone who finds you on Google lands on the new one. Your email isn't touched.

Do you use my photos? Real photos of your business always come first. If there's one you'd rather not use, I'll swap or remove it, free of charge.

Where did you get my details? Only from what's public: your Google listing, your website and your social pages. I don't buy lists.
