Sava Websites is run by Aleksandar Coric, a sole trader on the Northern Beaches, NSW (ABN 48 301 354 271). This page explains what personal information I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. I follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

• Public business details. To build a sample website for a business, I use what the business has already made public: its name, address, opening hours, phone number, email address, photos, menu or services, and reviews, taken from places like Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and the business's own website.
• What you send me. If you email or text me, I keep your name, contact details and what you wrote, so I can reply and do the work.
• Client details. If you become a client, I keep what I need to run your website and bill you: your business details, your domain registration details, invoices and payments.
• Visits to sample sites. The hosting service (Netlify) records basic technical details of each visit to a sample site, such as the time and the browser used. I use this only to see whether a sample has been looked at. Logs are kept for about a day.

How I use it

Only to build and show you a sample website, to contact you about it, to build and look after your website if you go ahead, and to send invoices. I don't sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

I use a few services to do the work, and they store data for me: Google Workspace (email), Netlify (website hosting) and Crazy Domains (domain registration). Some of these store data outside Australia, including in the United States. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Emails from me

If I've emailed you about a sample website, I'll send one follow-up at most. Reply at any time to say you'd prefer no further emails, and I won't contact you again. I act on that straight away, and always within 5 business days.

Taking a sample site down

Sample websites are hidden from search engines. If you'd like yours taken down, email me and I'll remove it and the photos used in it.

Access, corrections and complaints

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email aleksandar@savawebsites.com.au and I'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
