The setup fee builds your site. The monthly fee keeps it online, secure and looked after, with a report each month so you can see it working.
A quick enquiry form that sends straight to your inbox, call buttons where people look for them, and a link you can put on Instagram and Facebook.
Your .com.au is registered in your business's name, so it's yours whatever happens. Already own one? I'll use it, the monthly fee drops, and you keep paying your registrar.
I keep your site online, fast and secure (https). Nothing technical for you to do.
I keep your site running and up to date, and fix anything on my side that stops working. Changes to the content or design after launch are quoted before I start.
How many people visited and where they came from, whether your site stayed up, how many enquiries came through it, and what I did.
A 6-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Your information and your domain are always yours, and the site files are yours to take after 12 months.

One page: how many people visited and where they came from, which pages they read, whether your site stayed up, how many enquiries came through it, and what I did. It's how you know the monthly fee is doing its job.

05Questions
The price covers what most businesses need. If yours needs more, like extra pages, a booking system or lots of products, I quote it in writing before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
Nothing up front. I build your site, you look at it and ask for changes, and you pay the setup fee only when you're happy and it's ready to go live. The first monthly payment is a month after launch.
It depends on the size. A simple site can be ready for you to look at within a week. Bigger builds with a client pipeline or an online shop take longer. I give you a date with the quote.
Hosting, your domain name (unless you already own one) and maintenance: I keep your site online, secure and up to date. Each month you also get a short report: how many people visited and where they came from, whether your site stayed up, how many enquiries came through it, and what I did.
No. I set up the domain, the hosting and the site. If you already have a website, tell me who looks after your domain and I'll sort out the switch with them.
The new site goes live at the same address, so anyone who finds you on Google lands on the new one. Your email isn't touched. If you'd like to keep your old site too, it can stay online at its own address.
Tell me what to change and I'll change it until you're happy: wording, photos, hours, colours. And if you decide it's not for you, you owe nothing.
Real photos of your business always come first. If there's a photo you'd rather not use, tell me and I'll swap or remove it, free of charge.
