Acceptable use
Last updated 1 November 2026. This policy applies to every site built or hosted with Sava Builder, and to how you use the builder. It's part of the Sava Builder terms.
Most businesses will never need to think about this page. It's here so the few sites that would hurt people, or put other customers' sites at risk, can be taken down quickly.
Not allowed on a Sava Builder site
- Pretending to be someone else. No sites that pose as a real business, brand, person, bank, charity or government agency you're not, or that copy the look of one to fool people.
- Phishing or collecting credentials. No asking visitors for passwords, bank logins, card numbers, identity documents or one-time codes. Shops take payments only through Stripe.
- Scams. No fake shops, fake giveaways, get-rich-quick or investment schemes, or anything designed to take people's money or details under false pretences.
- Claims you can't back up. No made-up reviews, testimonials, awards, qualifications, licences or results, and nothing else that's false or misleading under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Adult content. No pornography, sexually explicit material or sexual services.
- Illegal goods and services. No drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen goods, unlicensed gambling, or anything else that's illegal in Australia or where your visitors are.
- Hate and harassment. No content that attacks people for their race, religion, sex, gender, sexuality, disability or similar, threatens violence, or targets a private person.
- Other people's work. No photos, logos, text or music you don't have the rights to use.
- Harmful code and spam. No malware, hidden redirects or crypto miners, and no using your site or its forms to send spam.
- Misusing personal information. No collecting personal information without telling people why, and no selling it.
Using the builder
- Don't try to get around the AI or publishing limits, or get into anyone else's site or account.
- Don't overload the service, or use it to make sites for someone else to misuse.
- Don't try to get the AI to write anything this page doesn't allow.
Regulated trades
If your trade has its own advertising rules, such as credit, financial advice, health, building, real estate or law, your site must follow them as well as this policy. Section 7 of the terms explains more.
If a site breaks these rules
- I may pause the site, remove content from it, or close the account.
- For serious cases, like phishing, scams, impersonation, illegal content or anything that puts people at risk, I'll act straight away without warning.
- For smaller problems I'll usually email you first and give you time to fix it.
- There's no refund of setup or monthly fees for a site paused or removed for a breach.
- I may report illegal activity to the police, Scamwatch or other authorities, and pass on information when the law requires it.
Reporting a site
If you think a site built with Sava Builder breaks these rules, or pretends to be you or your business, email aleksandar@savawebsites.com.au with the site's address and what's wrong. I'll look at it within two business days, and straight away for anything that looks like a scam.
